Based on best-selling author, John Maxwell’s book: The 360° Leader, this class will teach you how to increase your power to lead people no matter where you are positioned within organizational hierarchy. Good leaders are not only capable of leading their followers, but are also adept at leading their superiors and their peers.

- Learn the true definition of leadership
