Learn simple, insightful ways to interact more positively with others, and watch your personal and organizational success go off the charts. With influence, you can achieve success at home, at work, and in every other area of life. This engaging workshop will lead you through the key elements of necessary to build stronger teams, create lasting professional relationships and build a legacy of influence.

Learning Objectives:  By the end of this workshop, attendees will:

  • Identify ways to bring enthusiasm to your team
  • Demonstrate the ability to hear the message of others
  • Identify ways to find team member drivers
  • Recognize ways to acknowledge new ideas and show respect

DHR L&D Cancellation Policy

Upon confirmation of enrollment, employees should note the date(s), time(s) and location of the training class(s) on their personal calendars and make every effort to attend as scheduled. Employees should be considerate and understand that by failing to attend a class as scheduled, they limit another employee who may have been able to attend. Any request to cancel a registration needs to be received at least three working days prior to the scheduled class date. If notification is not received at least three working days prior to the class start date, or the applicant does not show up for class, the applicant will be considered a "no show". The agency will be charged for the full amount and no credit or refund will be issued. DHR Learning & Development Division reserves the right to cancel a class if the number of registrations received is such that it would make it cost prohibitive to conduct the class.
