The 2022 City of Baltimore Annual Benefits Open Enrollment period was held between October 18 - November 1, 2021, for enrollment into the City of Baltimore's group medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, and AD&D, Health Care FSA, and Dependent Care FSA plans, to be effective January 1, 2022.
