The 2023 City of Baltimore Annual Benefits Open Enrollment period was held between November 1 - 16, 2022, for enrollment into the City of Baltimore's group medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, and AD&D, Health Care FSA, and Dependent Care FSA plans, to be effective January 1, 2023.
